Concessions, vendors, food trucks, and bouncy houses. Free admission 5:30PM and Juliet and Romeo 6:30PM. Nashvegas Allstars Dance Band 8PM. Dance floor on the DPA lawn. Bring chairs.

airThird Annual Great American Airshow
4PM gates open @ Discovery Park of America. Airshow, Food, and Elam McKnight Band live on the Great Lawn @ 5PM. Admission is free. Bring chairs.

 

 

September 18th

fashionCornFest Fashion Show
Vendor shopping and social hour 4:30 – 6:30. Dinner 7PM. Celebrate Cornfest with dinner, vendors and fashion show. This event will be held at Discovery Park of America. Purchase tickets for $25 by calling 731-592-2835.

Music by Farmer Jason @ 6PM. Dance, play, and sing along with Farmer Jason, Emmy winning entertainment @ the Obion County Public Library and WLJT Kid’s Concert. Fun for the whole family! More information call 731-885-7000.

pridePride of Obion County Luncheon
12PM @ Center Point Business Solutions, 1413 S Home St., Union City, TN. This annual event recognizes and honors outstanding leaders and local heroes for their leadership, community involvement, dedication to growth and development, and overall contribution to Obion County. runJ’Cette Disc Golf
8 a.m. Registration; 8:30 a.m Players’ Meeting; 9 a.m. Tee Off @Graham Park; Tournament is one round and limited to the first 72 players. First place in each division will be awarded a plaque. First 30 players will be given a player’s pack upon registration. Pre-registration required for t-shirt. 9-3 p.m. “Creative chairs” on display at Kiwanis Park to the highest silent bidder. Chairs are donated by local artists and businesses. Chair drop off at Obion County Library. Proceeds to Backpack Food Program for Union City and Obion County Schools. More info call 731-592-4803.
